How it Works
When you contact us, we will arrange a convenient appointment to visit you. We will give you a time-slot and call when we are on our way, so you know exactly when to expect us.
Before undertaking any work, we will give you an estimate and explain how we would recommend proceeding.
Any parts used in the repair will be new. We never use second-hand parts.
Should your appliance be beyond repair, or you decide not to go ahead with our estimate, we will simply charge you a small diagnosis fee to cover our time.
Payments for repairs are due upon completion. To make life easy, we have a number of payment methods including, cash, payment by card (we have a mobile card machine which accepts all major credit card providers) or you can pay us by BACS via online banking at the time of visit. Please note, we currently encourage the use of contactless payments where possible.
